Deactivate or Permanently Delete Your MASHAGAT Account
MASHAGAT users can deactivate or permanently delete their accounts using the applicable account options available in the MASHAGAT mobile application.

1. Account Deactivation
Account deactivation restricts access to your account. Deactivation does not necessarily permanently delete your account or all associated records.

2. Permanent Account Deletion
To permanently delete your MASHAGAT account, open the MASHAGAT mobile application and follow the available account deletion process.

Permanent account deletion removes your account in accordance with MASHAGAT's account deletion procedure.

3. Information Retained After Account Deletion
Certain records associated with your account, including booking history, payment-related information, ratings, subscription payment requests, and other necessary business records, may be retained where required for legitimate business purposes, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, security, or compliance with applicable laws.

Some retained booking and subscription records may remain accessible to authorised MASHAGAT administrators for these purposes.

Personal information that is no longer required and is not subject to a lawful retention requirement will be deleted or anonymised in accordance with MASHAGAT's Privacy Policy.
